Tip:
ERAConnect has
integrated reason codes and a link to the RMA Code definitions?
Remark codes are
integrated into the ERAConnect claim window so you can see them at a
glance! Open up a claim window, and in the service adjustment window,
just click on the number of the reason code and just above that area
you will see the explanation show up.
In the Services
pane of the claim window there is a field for RMA Codes. Just click
in the field, there doesn’t have to be anything listed. You are taken
to a web database for all of the codes, as reference, so you don’t
have to remember all of them!
