Tip:
How does ERAConnect handle denials?
ERAConnect does
not automatically post a denied claim. ERAConnect allows the office to
decide if they are going to accept the denial. If the denial is
accepted, you can correct the INS SEQ field to force the post.
Can I resubmit the claim?
Yes. Follow your
established office/Medisoft process for resubmitting a denied claim.
