result, we are adept at decoding old data base files. On several
occasions, when data maps are not available, TCI connects to the data
via ODBC drivers and extracts the required data in order to prepare a
transitional data map. With the data map in hand, existing source data
can be correctly imported to the target data structure.

Turn-around and Availability
Utility Billing conversions are typically completed within 60 days of
receipt of required conversion documentation and files. This time frame
allows several weeks for the client to review their converted data in
the new system.
