LLOYD K. BELL

PRESIDENT

SENIOR TECHNICAL OFFICER

Mr. Bell came to Technology Consultants from Bank of America where he was Vice President of Information Services for the Oregon Division. His responsibilities included computer systems and related bank operations. Prior to Bank of America Mr. Bell was Vice President of Information Services for Ben Franklin Savings and Loan in Oregon and Vice President of Technical Services for Western Savings and Loan in Phoenix Arizona. Mr. Bell earned an MBA from University of Portland in 1989 and a BS in Computer Science from Brigham Young University in 1973. He has worked in the field of Information Technology for over 30 years.

 

KW NORRIS

VICE PRESIDENT MARKETING AND SALES

Mr. Norris came to Technology Consultants from Creative Data Corporation. As Vice President of Sales and Marketing he expanded the sales and recruiting staff and increased sales revenue from $1 to $7 Million annually. Prior to CDC Mr. Norris was MIS Manager for Willamette Savings and Loan in Portland and before that Manager of Systems Development for Texas American Bank in Fort Worth, Texas. Mr. Norris worked as a consultant on several large implementation projects and as a software developer for several years. Mr. Norris earned a BS in Computer Science from Brigham Young University in 1972 and has worked in Information Technology for 34 years.
